Domestic Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹2,999.
- Orders Below ₹2,999: A nominal shipping fee will be charged, which will be calculated at checkout.
Timelines

Order Processing & Dispatch:
All our products are meticulously handcrafted. Please allow 8-10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. -
Peak Seasons or Unforeseen Circumstances:
During festivals, public curfews, or other exceptional circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 10-15 days. We will notify you via email or call in such cases.
Order Receipt Guidelines
To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition:
- Record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Record a video and take photos of the package.
- Share the evidence along with your order number via email at info@houseofnanaki.com for resolution.
Important: Unboxing videos and timestamped photos are essential for resolving any delivery-related issues.
Shipping Process
- Once you place an order, it undergoes quality checks and secure packing.
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. This can be used to track your order with our delivery partners.
Prepaid & COD Orders
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@houseofnanaki.com or calling our support team.
- If delivery is delayed/extended due to unknown circumstances, we will inform you.
Please Note: There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) system available.
Payment Options
We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience convenient:
- Debit & Credit Cards: All major cards are accepted.
- Net Banking: Available for a wide range of banks.
- eWallets & UPI: Quick and seamless transactions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available
Credit Notes
- Credit notes will be sent to your registered email ID and can be redeemed only once on our website within 3 months of issue.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight delays may occur. In such cases, we will ensure to keep you informed and work on resolving the issue promptly.
